CHRIS GHAZARIAN is the COO and General Counsel at DreamHost, where he leads long-term strategy, international expansion, and mergers and acquisitions. Over more than a decade with the company, he has navigated complex regulatory environments, closed high-impact partnerships, and helped shape the company’s global trajectory. He has been recognized as a Digital Age Fighter, a GC Powerlist attorney, a Cyber and Data Privacy Trailblazer, and a Top 25 General Counsel in the tech industry.

Outside DreamHost, Chris runs Chris Ghazarian Law, a boutique firm focused on solving high-complexity legal and business challenges for clients ranging from early-stage startups to global enterprises. His work includes copyright litigation against Grammy-winning artists, cross-border data privacy and cybersecurity matters, and advisory engagements across the US, EU, Asia, and the Middle East. He also teaches Cybersecurity Law at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where he trains the next generation of technology-forward legal leaders.
