Hannah is Head of People at Human Made, where she leads people and culture for a fully remote, global team working across the WordPress ecosystem. With more than a decade of experience in People & HR, including eight years in tech and agencies, Hannah has supported businesses through growth, change and the challenges of building great teams. Before joining Human Made, she led the people function at Friday Media Group, supporting 200 employees internationally.

Hannah is passionate about people and creating workplaces where they feel connected, supported and empowered to do their best work. At Human Made, a key focus is building on the culture that makes the company so special, while exploring how tools like AI can strengthen human connection rather than replace it.

She brings a practical, people-first perspective to conversations around leadership, workplace culture and the future of work.
